He him and transmasc lesbians don’t need to explain why we use different pronouns or explain our terms. It’s insane that people think it’s okay to demand explanations of others identities ONLY bc they’re lesbian in a way they don’t care to grasp

I understand and I don’t demand anything, but I still have a very hard time grasping being a trans man and identifying as lesbian. It’s not my business, I know, but I’m genuinely confused and would love to be told more if anyone cares to educate me.

I really appreciate your wording and that you know it’s not ur business, so I can explain as far as I know :) personally I’m in the side of just “can yall stop posting about it this much,” because I’ve seen about two trans man lesbians and 500 people hating them, so it just feels gross. But what I’ve gathered is that certain trans men may call themselves lesbians because they feel a connection to womanhood or the lesbian community/have been in the community for a long time, or

They may not be fully binary men but trans man is the easiest way to explain their gender. And for some trans men, they see their love for women as being queer, and have a connection to the lesbian community and still call themselves lesbians as that’s what they feel fits them. I just think it’s stupid to demand someone to change their label (because they won’t change just because someone online says so) and also because at this point it feels like a targeted hate campaign

I understand that view thank you :) Personally I don’t really care if someone wants to identify as a hairdryer (even if I don’t understand it) as long as they’re a good person and minds their own business as most of us in the community do. If everyone could mind their business and live THEIR life, we wouldn’t have so many of these issues.
