thats literally not possible you need to tell someone asap if shes planning on hurting herself bc thats what “giving herself surgery” is

I've been attempting to explain this to her but she isn't willing to hear it. She's been struggling a lot lately with her dysphoria and I'm still trying to help her however I can. She told me she isn't going to do anything yet but I'm still going to try and get her some help.

I’m not even joking when I say you may need to contact local mental health crisis team so they can get her into a facility for emergency mental health care

Backing up #1 and #2. Not only that, but if she did try to harm herself in that way, she could very easily ensure she can never have bottom surgery because of the damage.
