*here - and also I’d check in with her girlfriend before offering out of respect because I’ve known her girlfriend longer than I’ve known her and I want to make sure she’s comfortable with it but I’m pretty sure she would be because she doesn’t want her to live far away with her homophobic family

well i mean maybe have an open and nonjudgemental conversation abt roommate expectations, no invitations yet, to find out if it would work or not? Bc she deserves better than her parents but also it would suck if you invite her and it turns out ur incompatible and it totally ruins the friendship.
