hey! so bisexual women can be attracted to women without being lesbians. no micro labels needed.
I know sexuality is fluid and you don’t need a label but I wish there was a term for feeling 80% lesbian and 20% bisexual (not straight… bisexual) does this make sense?? Am I crazy???

None needed (as op even acknowledged in their post) but they specifically said they want one. Nothing wrong with finding ways to express yourself

Mate that’s not how that works. The two are kinda mutually exclusive.

Lesbians are defined by their love of women, not their dislike of men. Think of a lesbian who came out at 40 after divorcing her husband. She loved him enough to marry him, but realised later she was attracted to women. Does that make her bisexual?

A lesbian who came out at 40 after divorcing her husband was not attracted to her husband. That’s why she divorced him. She does not like men. A woman who is attracted to men but still divorced her husband (for whatever reason) and got with a woman, would be some sort of bi. Lesbians aren’t attracted to men. Thats the whole point.

dude, youre not even using the phrase historically accurately. historically, it meant a bisexual woman who was abstaining from any relations with men or ties to men as part of the lesbian feminist movement
