Considering she tried to coerce him into having sex & that is on camera, heโ€™d have a good fight.

Considering what happened wasn't sexual assault and was literally filmed, that would never hold up in court

Are you aware that key words are very important? For verbatim, she said, "can you at least CUDDLE me?" and that's where you see her getting upset because of his dis-acknowledgement. Cuddling isn't sexual hope this helps <3

You can literally rewatch the episode and see what happened for yourself. Her behavior was definitely weird, but she very clearly said the word cuddling and didn't touch him. You guys are unapologetically making a mockery of real victims it's sick

so she already was being weird and pushy and the key word there is ATLEAST which means she wanted something more from him which is not ok bc he had alr told her he didnโ€™t want to have sex w her

Also *trying* to coerce isn't even illegal. In the context of your delusional version of what happened, wanting to have sex and getting upset at your partner for not wanting to is still not even grounds for a court of law to recognize as sexual assault. Nothing ultimately happened, and she just caught an attitude. But mind you, we're literally talking about coercion of cuddling, and the girl wasn't even successful. So be serious and move on from your weird hatred of a reality show contestant

Again, wanting to have sex with your partner isn't illegal. Her wanting to "at least" be cuddled is literally evidence that she took no as an answer in the regard of sex

You're stupid. We're talking about a very serious matter, and you all are trying so hard to find a narrative that helps you justify hating her. What she did was obviously weird and not okay, but what happened was NOT sexual assault. Throwing that word around is disgusting and belittles real victims

my fault for getting triggered by extremely uncomfortable behavior being excused if this was a man there would be no questions if chris did all of this to huda yall would have had him publicly executed

Um not really, considering that actual sexual assault happens to women all the time. Her behavior isn't excusable, it was obviously weird and tasteless, but the fact of the matter is that it literally wasn't sexual assault. I genuinely do hope Chris tries to sue because that claim is so entirely baseless and you guys need to learn to be serious. You're literally making a MOCKERY of real cases that happen everyday
