That wasn’t the issue, it was her not telling Sean that that was one of her worries or red flags

Well no one is perfect, but that alone does not warrant the hate she’s getting. She apologized, and Sean was a good sport for not freaking out the way kenzie did after being rejected/dropped from her couple. Overall I think she’s great example of how one should do love island
