look into a book called the compound by aisling rawle! it’s not exactly like this but it’s kinda similar. i haven’t read it myself but a lot of ppl on tiktok have been recommending it saying it’s like love island, hunger games, & black mirror combined. women wake up in a compound & the men are on the outside. the men have to find a way in, couple up, & do challenges to get rewards. idk if anyone actually dies tho
