Very insane take. I had a single mother growing up and although she never expected my stepfather to take on a father role we all had to co exist and have a healthy relationship. He treated me as if I was his own kid and once him and my mom had a child together he still dad that. It would be terrible living in a household where a man isn’t at least mirroring a semi father role, not being responsible for the child, but at least being existing with the child.
