Someone pointed out that previous to season 6 love island USA was like the ‘lower’ love islands. Like other ones were above it, such as UK. Then season 6 blew up and we’re seeing that cast gain brand deals and millions of followers, even a hair care line, and now these influences are coming on expecting the same treatment. They’re exaggerating everything they do for a fame moment. It used to be love and money, now it’s just money and love is how they get that money.
