It just threw me off because she claimed she didn’t know what the word meant but used it in perfect context for years? Then apologized for using the word but never apologized for implying it’s bad to have a specific Asian feature. I’m not Asian either, I’m Black, but looking at it through the lenses of racism against Black people the apology could’ve been done without, the internet forgets stuff in a month. Any threats or bullying is correct though.
