That still doesn’t change the fact that she had one against her in the first place, which speaks to how serious it got. People have fights and shit all the time, but a restraining order is crazy.

Like what you’re saying here is “Tierra got into a fight, someone tried to get a restraining order and the judge thought it was unfounded, btw this happened when she was literally a child, but that still means she violent and aggressive and we should be afraid of her”

Who said she was found innocent? The justice system isn’t always great. There are plenty of people who get off on crimes even thought they did it. Also she did get a temporary restraining order issued so it wasn’t unfounded. At 17, you’re a teen with enough knowledge to know right from wrong. Beating someone up and threatening to shoot them at 17 and then bucking at someone over words when you’re 25 shows enough.

Tf are you even talking about? You’re purposefully misinterpreting what I’m saying and making assumptions. I’m done with this conversation so if you want to pretend that her actions in the villa and the information from a 2018 case isn’t enough then so be it.
