Like physical violence is not the only definition of abuse. Emotional abuse is valid, and until we start recognizing it, it will continue to be swept under the rug like many viewers are doing because they don’t deem it “extreme” enough.

It’s so annoying to watch bc if you’ve ever experienced psychological and emotional abuse it’s such an easy thing to see happening. I knew it was that after a couple episodes but ppl are so deep in denial and refusing to learn about other types of abuse that they’re blatantly ignoring something that so in your face

i just saw the post you’re referring to and im actually so disgusted. its even more disgusting because emotional and psychological abuse can lead to physical violence so youre just dismissing signs of an even more abusive dynamic brewing. like yeah its not serious enough for yall now its never serious until its too late and the woman has been killed
