she’s not controlling.. she’s just very direct she’s stern about her feelings & wants. i think this has a lot to do with the fact that she has a child. i feel like jere just hides behind her and doesn’t speak up yet lets his friends get in his head about her when she’s truly being authentic

I’m actually gonna push back on this. She’s constantly saying things like “look at me” “follow me” and being patronizing everytime he makes the “right” choice and stays with her. And that’s the stuff we are seeing

i truly don’t see a problem with that. if i’m trying to tty and have a sincere conversation i want you to look at me. her saying follow me isn’t that big of a deal. jere can say no but he doesn’t. he can say he wants to do sum else instead but he doesn’t. like i said huda is direct, she communicates. that doesn’t mean she’s controlling bc she knows what she wants.

I guess if that works for you, but for me if I was a man who was constantly saying/doing things that were intended to control my behavior, it would be a huge red flag. Especially since he did express that he didn’t like it

She is kind of, but if Jeremiah doesn’t set a boundary or open up communication for them in a healthier way, it’s just going to keep happening if she’s doing it unknowingly
