because I’m guessing in the community she grew up in, saying it was more normalized. especially in some Chicago suburbs. it doesn’t make it ok but it could explain why it’s in her vocabulary in the first place

idk i’m from the same area and yes there is a fair amount of racism but i’ve personally never heard that specific slur uttered out loud? she had to be in some really white/racist circles if this is true
