A woman brought up an amazing point that the love island contestants are now gen z when in the past they’ve been millennials or older gen z. From what she’s observed, and I agreed with her as a 20-year old, is a lot of Gen z men don’t value women as previous men did. Nowadays it’s we’re all gold diggers and that women aren’t the prize anymore. Idk if this is everyone’s experience but this is how I expected them to act as someone who’s single in college.

Men my age will really say you aren’t the prize and that they are. They are so in competition with women that it’s ruining dating. Less women are getting married because of this mindset shift.
