I think they mean sometimes black ppl or POC pull the race card as their scapegoat to ill behavior. Like I guess.. random scenario. Someone got bullied or harassed and they get called out and then later say “they never seem to trust [insert race]. They were just acting bitchy bc I’m [insert race]” instead of them being out of character simply bc of what they caused to the other person
