what? i’m saying it’s not something that people would think is a slur just like people were confused when cierra got kicked off. it’s literally chinese restaurants in my city with oriental in the title so ofc people wouldn’t think it was a slur lmao. it’s actually insane how offended ppl are by this.

As an Asian, ppl like you #1 are dismissive and ignorant about anti-Asian racism and it's disgusting. "Oriental" and "ch*nk" are two different things , the former is not good to say either but one is an older outdated term rooted in exoticization while the other is a blatant anti Asian slur used in hate crimes, bullying, and hate speech. Cierra was corrected multiple times and kept using the term, it's not "confusing" at all that she got kicked off. Her apology was ass btw w her Buddha necklace
