They kinda did do this. Avengers Assemble has the same cast and uses the same designs as avengers 2012 and it’s a lot more slice of life. It’s not very good lol but it exists

The closest we got is Avengers Assemble, had the same Avengers roster as the movie (plus Falcon) and used the same designs as the movie (minus Falcon who wasn’t in the movie, he did get a redesign based on his civil war/infinity war appearance when they redesigned the characters based on the later movies) the show itself wasn’t horrible, but was not as good as it’s predecessor Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes
