Anyone else watch the ultimate Spider-Man show recently? Or just remember it well enough. I’m watching it rn and I get that Peter is immature since he’s a kid but it’s honestly to the point where he’s just a terrible human being and he’s had no growth

All I remember is the episode Ultimate Deadpool and that’s only because I thought it was great at making a R-rated character work in a PG setting without losing too much of their personality.

Like I’m literally 2 episodes from the end of season one and he’s lowkey still a massive piece of shit. Like it’s at the point where you can’t even excuse him being a kid cus hes like well into highschool, pretty sure he’s 17, and you got falcon over there in avengers assemble who’s also 17 in what I assume is the same animated show multiverse and he’s actually a good person

Falcon did have that one moment where he refused to tell his mom he was falcon but he got over that within the episode and stood on business and has yet to do any extreme dumb shit since then.

That episode is a classic, show does crossovers really well. Guest heroes would be a better name actually now that I think about it. It’s not like the animated Deadpool or Wolverine in that universe had their own shows

I know for at least Deadpool and Wolverine the reason those two didn’t get shows was because they were still owned by Fox at the time. I’m surprised they were allowed to guest star in the first place

Think they were allowed through the same thing that allowed scarlet witch and quicksilver to be in age of ultron, with scarlet witch also continuing to appear in multiple movies after before the Fox acquisition. I know they were able to make the show cus Sony gave up the animation rights in 2009 but I have yet to see anything about Fox having done the same anytime before Disney bought it
