Wanda losing her mind over blowing up half a building while that is one of the most tame things they’ve done. Steve hearing that speech at Peggy’s funeral that just so happens to connect exactly to the accords.

I think at that point, Wanda hadn’t actually killed ppl herself. Also, that scene doesn’t make sense to me cuz if she didn’t do what she did, there would been more casualties
