Totally agree. I love Marvel and DC, but I’m honestly not the biggest MCU fan. I was in the beginning, but now it’s just gotten to be too convoluted and time-consuming. And Marvel rarely focuses on making good movies and shows outside of the MCU, so I usually end up gravitating more to DC as a result. DC does an amazing job at telling standalone stories that can be watched on their own without understanding the context of a larger universe
