you should sue her for defamation. how did they convict you of cyber stalking if they have no evidence? it has to be proof beyond reasonable doubt— why didn’t they just subpoena your texting history? they would have been able to see your texts with her, even deleted ones.

Some time later I’m not sure, but she received pics of her from random numbers she did a police report against me (she never sent me and I have never asked for pics). I spent 4 days in a holding cell for something I didn’t do and I have cyber stalking on my record.

I can’t do anything for 6 months because she can do re-open it. That’s a good question, there doesn’t need to be evidence she just needs to say that I did it. I have no idea why they didn’t they just convicted. The judge I had when I was in jail said he was even confused why I would have pics of a friend.
