It’s a pretty typical answer and it def won’t fix all the issues, but I found that going to the gym consistently throughout the week has helped break up the monotony of my day to day. Finding a few different hobbies I enjoy has also helped immensely, but it took a while for me to start to focus on those over just playing video games and watching YouTube. It can take a bit of discipline but I find it to be worth it. I hope you find what works for you, good luck I wish you the best!
