In reality in some cases it is. 1. Feel your feelings. 2. When you “connect” they tell you to keep quiet or don’t have those feelings (as if it is like a light switch). 3. You think it. 4. You try to be positive and you become a target for ridicule, insults, or just someone else’s solution. Your feelings, thoughts, and actions aren’t to support others then you’re not worth their time. But other than that just live your life one step at a time.
