If you’re depressed or overwhelmed by the amount of cleaning you have to do, commit to doing ONE small thing. Even if it’s hanging up a single shirt. It’s a lot easier to keep going and hang up a few more shirts if you don’t feel like you HAVE to, and then you don’t feel guilty about not doing all of them at once since you only committed to one. Then, get in the habit of doing this every time you leave/enter the room. It’ll help stop things from even getting so messy in the first place
