Ik you might not want to see doctors but may be worth finding someone to talk to about it, person you know or a counselor, therapist or life couch but talking to someone can really help for a first step in how to go about feeling better. You can also try some mindfulness, meditation excersizes
Hey friend, Would you happen to have any recommendations for someone who isn’t considered a conditioned depressive medical case? Due to surviving a 95% deadly brain aneurysm at a young premature age. I aim to feel better (Self care remedeis is always a must for me) I have yet to resort to routine prescriptions. If anyone else has good recommendations for feeling non depressive please feel free to share ?
