She literally said that after she got pushback from people around her. She initially consented to everything. She can’t initially say that she consented to everything and then revoke that consent later. I think they’re all degenerates and they all should prolly go to prison, but you can’t punish the guys bc she was a slut. You are a messed up person to think Jane did anything wrong here. There's nothing wrong with someone having sex with multiple people as long as it's consensual so I don't know why you'd judge people for that, but that is absolutely not what happened here. Also, a lot of people who experience SA or rape are not able to realize it at first either because of the stigma that victims experience when they go through it or because education around it isn't always accessible. It does not matter what happened after, it doesn't change the fact that what those guys did was rape, and for you to doubt what she went through due to that is really wrong

Lmao, no they can’t. The only time consent matters is in the moment. She could’ve stopped at any time and it literally says in the report that when she said she wanted to stop, they stopped. No. You can tell if it’s rape or not in the moment. It’s do you give consent or no, and she said she did multiple times. There is no angle under New York State law that says she was raped.
