I think cigarette is the safest option in this situation. Usually if it’s really bad my last resort is weed. So not that different I guess

yeah i don’t really like the taste of weed so i tend to stay away from it, although i have really bad lung issues in general so i should also start staying away from cigarettes .. but. cigarette :(
