believe me darling it’s only bad if you let it be, I went through 5 years middle school to highschool with absolutely no friends due to my anxiety+covid and it was hard at first but I managed to cope by focusing not on relationships but personal interests and hobbies and the world around me and now that im older not only do I finally have friends but I also have that same wonder and its gotten so so so much better
