
And literally the only people who truly understand what it’s like to have ADHD, depression and anxiety all at the same time are those who have it. Other wise you feel like you’re having to give a constant explanation as to why you function in the way you do, 24/7 to everyone else. And every time you feel like you have explain and defend yourself for why your existence is inconvenient.
Also if you seek the lord in the quiet times when your head is clear, there is immense reward and most importantly power in prayer. Please broaden your view, there’s kind people out there, none that’ll gaslight you, if you feel strongly near these people, simply evaluate the friends you have and don’t fall victim to their mentality
Don’t isolate yourself don’t fall victim to those emotions. Instill faith and confidence that these emotions are only temporary and will fade away with time. Tell yourself this affirmation that you love and respect yourself, that you forgive your soul and forgive yourself for all the unkind comments you told yourself. Find a loving community of people in which can bring about change, problem solving and emotional intelligence.
