It’s hard but sometimes we just want someone to listen. That’s it. Let us say what we need to without any inputs. That goes for both men and women. Just ears. So simple but effective
Yes. I want to say what to vent and have someone vent at me in return (mutually agreed upon of course) I don’t want someone to respond to my vent with advice.

Yeah, only so much my therapist can do. She is great for venting, but I do wish I could do that with friends

Alas my friends all drifted away for various reasons, so all I got rn is a therapist. I’ve been with her for like 6 yrs so we got good rapport

That’s actually really good to hear:) Just don’t shut yourself out or disassociate yourself. It’s a really bad coping mechanism
