The ANTIdepressant is supposed to take away the depression and leave the manic if you have a bipolar disorder (I don’t think I do, but maybe idk). But I’ve never heard of antidepressants taking away the manic and leaving depression

Only a psychiatrist and maybe genetic testing can answer a question this complex.
