I can tell when my AM dose is wearing off bc suddenly my nose starts running 😭

Lmao 😂 bc I did the same thing hydroxyzine when I got the flu. It never worked for my anxiety tho

No it literally just mildly reduces the severity of a panic attack but like I’m still on edge
