Does anyone know what to do when you feel depressed and angry, like you want to scream and you can’t do anything? My emotions and doubts and stressors have just been piling and I have no idea what to do about it

I also want to get a therapist, but it’s hard to get myself to do it, and I don’t know exactly where to go or what to do, especially since I get so frustrated with my health insurance.

Exercise is a good way to clear your mind, but what you do can be different for everyone. You could go swimming, take a walk, do an intense workout, etc. I know some people who write things down or draw as a less physically-intensive way to unwind
