Many coping skills that I have been tight are like trying to pour a cup of water on a forrest fire and acting like that will put out the fire if it’s done enough times. But the fire spreads way too quickly and rapidly.

How can you broaden your ways of thinking should be questionable at best. Work on different forms of coping mechanisms, some do it expressively through hobbies, thought forms or prayer, some travel, some change the mindset to what can I do to make my situation better, think outside of suitable circumstances, what can I do to expedite the process in ways that are less miserable. However if you’re on the endeavors of multiple mishaps, what can you do to stop those sorts of thought forms?
