
How can you broaden your ways of thinking should be questionable at best. Work on different forms of coping mechanisms, some do it expressively through hobbies, thought forms or prayer, some travel, some change the mindset to what can I do to make my situation better, think outside of suitable circumstances, what can I do to expedite the process in ways that are less miserable.
