makes me want to go home and eat a bunch because im still (mentally) hungry. something i've been doing during my ed is not eating a lot during the day and then eating like 70% of my calories right before bed so that I can sleep without food noise. (and also just because im a volume eater with an all or nothing mindset) ->

Maybe trying like, a snack before bed? Smaller than what might be a full day’s worth of meals that you’re trying to catch up on, but still just something there to round things out.

not sure about ur treatment center but where i was everyone w ED got the same meal.. i think it’s small since high volume can be a binge trigger :/

I would talk to your team! In my experience there’s usually someone you can ask that will give you a better answer than a bunch of strangers. The lady who organized stuff at my facility was amazing and really nice

<-What do I do?? Should I go home and eat what i normally would before bed? (which I know is part of the ed, but i always look forward to my big amount of food right before bed... plus im nervous that i won't be able to sleep because of food noise) help!

lol it is what it is, not embarassing, but if it bothers you and you think it might help with recovery it’s about finding a happy middle ground
