A whole lot of people actually should be and need to be doing this, and they just don't. I know it's hard, but THANK YOU for putting in the work and effort. Same. It sucks and it's exhausting, but it's needed and more than worth it. Especially since I'm the adult world, most ppl are completely unregulated, 0 EQ, belligerent dumbasses 😐 you're gonna need that IRON grip on your mind and emotions out there
