Please help. Ever since I made my mindset “what’s the point?, I have no support, no intimacy, romance, etc,” I’ve been slacking, no shave, shower, brush, stay in bed when not working, eating unhealthy, no gym, etc😞 it’s changed who I am

it's okay to look at some things with realize they aren't worth it but you also need to set tasks that don't fall under that category. for example : gym - the point is getting stronger, feeling good about yourself but waking up early even if you don't have to - no point if your body needs the extra rest
