so, recently i finally opened up to my mom about my mental health. we've come to the conclusion that i may be suffering with severe anxiety and severe depression. does anyone know to handle this? idk if this is the right way to ask but anything helps.

start by going to a therapist, psychiatrist, or psychologist whatever u think is best. if u want to be out on meds or not too. look into options

I have generalized anxiety disorder and had a huge mental health crisis two years ago before being diagnosed. Make sure you are getting enough sleep. That's a huge part. Make sure you are getting enough vitamin D (sunlight) to maintain energy. Journaling is very helpful to let all of the strong emotions out. Stress toys will be your friend (balls, spinners, pop its, etc. Most importantly, therapy. Therapy helped me so much!
