This sounds like an add I now see that haha but my point is, this grounds me is something to do with my local community (&most places have stuff like that) and makes me interact with people most weeks and it over flows into me taking care of my physical and mental health with food and spending time learning how to make better food. This whole process I do believe saved my life. Hard start, rewarding in the long run and I’m only 3 years in
I relate to a lot of this and im so sorry you feel this way. As I’ve gotten older, something that has really helped me is cooking. I started out pretty bad, but not I cook most of my meals from scratch and try to get food from the farmers market or where I live now there is an online farmers market that is more convenient and if you have a job but don’t make a lot, very often they will give you “double up bucks” so you can spend 50% more than what you’ve already paid for with no cost to you.
