
I get those feelings, I really do. What really helped me was reaching out to people that I trusted with my weakness and telling that that I just needed to talk to them. People are shockingly forgetful and have busy lives and that is not your fault, maybe they just need a reminder. It seems that some care about you if they responded to your note.
Does there really have to be a reason? Depression is often misunderstood as a mental condition, sometimes there isn’t one specific cause, could be multiple factors working in tandem or it could be environmental reasons, could be brain chemistry off balance, or diet, could be hormonal issues, even periods assuming you’re a woman.
