What I’m trying to say is that you don’t have to know for sure what’s making you depressed right now. Just say “I’m feeling down and I need someone to talk to to help cheer me up.”

I don’t know anymore, no one has put effort into trying to show they want me around. I disappeared off of everything for day and no one noticed but as soon as I make one note on insta about being depressed I’m suddenly a thought again.

I get those feelings, I really do. What really helped me was reaching out to people that I trusted with my weakness and telling that that I just needed to talk to them. People are shockingly forgetful and have busy lives and that is not your fault, maybe they just need a reminder. It seems that some care about you if they responded to your note.

Does there really have to be a reason? Depression is often misunderstood as a mental condition, sometimes there isn’t one specific cause, could be multiple factors working in tandem or it could be environmental reasons, could be brain chemistry off balance, or diet, could be hormonal issues, even periods assuming you’re a woman.
