If your sh urge is to escape an emotion through a lasting physical sensation- do squats, do them until it burns It fulfills the hurt that I need to feel and focus on- instead of sh + the feeling can last for a while afterwards too (if you do enough reps)

I was gonna say “I hate to admit this”, but honestly im proud of myself for it, anyways… this is why I got into weightlifting! ngl I just spam biceps but harm reduction+ looking bulky af makes it so worth it

any advice for someone who likes the way they look? ik that sounds super freakish but every time my scars fade i feel the sense that “i never really went through it if i can’t prove it” idk how to explain it. it’s also my second nature urge when things go horribly wrong and it makes me feel masses of emotion so i’m in a pickle here </3
