I feel like I’ve lost joy for everything, and I feel frustrated with everything. I just try to find some form of whimsy out there, but nothing really seems to do the fix. I just lost all capacity for joy. Any tips?

Color! I color for free on my iPad and it does very good things for my brain, helps me reset my nervous system

I use Zen Color on my iPad and I essentially just tap in color in premade drawings- it’s very relaxing not having to make decisions other than “ooh this looks cool”😂

But it’s not really anxiety that is a problem for me. I just lost… joy. In pretty much everything.
