I have recurring dreams about what happened and if I happen to wake up in the early hours of the morning, I always remember… then I feel physically sick for the rest of the day. The thought that such violence exists and that it happened to me.
hey so ik this seems random but apparently playing tetris helps (according to an oxford study) bc it helps overload working memory, BUT it is only rlly effective if you intentionally recall the event. but over time it helps with symptoms and severe ptsd!

but also i hope you’re okay fr. as someone who also has ptsd, it is extremely difficult when flashbacks happen or certain things trigger them, but it does get easier to deal with over time. please take care of yourself
