Last week I was overwhelmed with school. I had finished a researcher paper and tough presentation, and then another professor assigned another paper more work. My anger was building up internally to the point my head was burning inside and my body.I am a girl and I also have bad anger issues, I tend to sit on the floor or like the rocking chairs at the desks and put my knees to my chest and just rock. Possible try just moving your body in different ways like maybe shaking it out through your body instead of hitting things, it’s a better option in the long run
