
It didn’t get innately better on its own. It’s warped and change a good deal. Some things that used to bother don’t at all anymore, while some emotions are far more intense than they’ve ever been. Things got better because I communicated more. I got accommodations from my school. I found friends with similar conditions. I returned therapy. I opened up to and let them know what my triggers are. And I debrief daily with my partner. It gets better if you shirk avoidance and self advocate
