I chew/spit $50+ of food a night, sneak stuff from stores, and take lax every night (19 pills). I obsess over fluids/food and the scale. My bf told my dad/brother, now things are tense and he doesn’t want to spend his bday with me unless we talk. I feel like I’m spiraling again.

Have you been to recovery before?

I think you should have a serious talk with your parents and talk to a psychologist

You’re boyfriend really cares for your wellbeing if he reached out for you, even if it feels like the world is ending because he did it

If you don’t want to go to inpatient you have to change. Even if it’s slow I would stop the laxatives first. And for bomitinv think about how the food is fueling your body everyday to keep yourself pumping. Do you want to have kids and stay out of the hospital? You can’t if you keep this behavior not to be blunt

I was afraid to even drink water at 74 but then I was hospitalized and realized a few things need to change

WOW!!! That is great girl, keep up the process and get rid of the scale. I struggled with bu and anox a few years ago and now I’m 97 if anything I feel ashamed of my weight for being too skinny in this day and age. Staying off the scale really helped me.

I want to but last time I got the scale taken from me I went from 90-118 in like 2 months or less ugh

Which made me heavily relapse and that’s when I got down to 74

If you are worried about gaining to much, I would maybe consider the gym, think about all the pretty muscular girls there are and they end up being like 130 and still have abs

I was thinking about that. But I have no energy and I’m so addicted to spitting and chewing I do it all day

So it’s like a never ending cycle

Focus that energy elsewhere!!! You have no energy because of what you’re doing to yourself ie spitting and chewing and lax
