finally got a therapist appointment!!!!! however i’m really worried about how to answer when it comes to questions about sh/sui ideation … i don’t want to lie but i also do not want to be forced into a psychward; any advice how to navigate that please?

Tell them you have thoughts but no immediate plan. If you don’t have a specific plan they shouldn’t send you anywhere

Quickly affirm to yourself that you are in no immediate harm to yourself or others and that you respect and love yourself but most importantly you forgive yourself and remind the higher self you embrace it. That you are safe and that reality is stable. Have faith in yourself, know that you matter and you’re important to the universe. If needed, build a strong foundation in faith, have faith in yourself- there’s always a better day and that starts today. Motivate yourself, maybe exercise?
