Is there a hotline or something one can talk to when you’re horribly upset, and a mild “threat” to the self, but not bad enough to be considered in crisis (I’m not gonna die or anything)

only ones i know of are 1-800-366-8288 which is a self harm hotline or text 741741 for venting and confidential support from a Crisis Counselor that us more centered around harmful behaviors rather than a life or death kind of crisis
