Hey! I’m really sorry you’re having flashbacks. For me, as hard as this will sound, just getting back out into the world was the best thing I could have done for myself. Exposure therapy is meant to help our brain recognize that when we feel triggered by a place, smell, situation, etc… that we’re safe and we don’t need this level of a fear response anymore.
